In a DIVE we become acquainted with our Inner Guide. Each of us has an Inner Guide that is personal. This relationship is important because it's the foundation in knowing which way to go.
Through virtual coworking sessions, tailored monthly focus, and access to weekly support, participants, like you, develop a relationship with your own unique Inner Guide. We keep our spirits lifted along the way.
Led by Karina Puente, the program encourages deep nourishment of our physical bodies, while developing a spiritual connection to who and what we love. Appreciation, creative freedom, and friendship light the path.

DIVE Series sessions are what we call our monthly membership.
You can use any or all of the DIVE Series sessions each month.
Your DIVE is billed monthly until you choose to stop.

Hi! I’m Karina, founder of the DIVE.
My company is rooted in the legacy of taking good care of our Selves.
We give sweet care to our families and we care for our communities over time.
I believe deep nourishment of our physical and spiritual bodies is key to creating new bodies of work. My fine art practice uplifts my vision. The Mexican traditional folk art of cut paper is called Papel Picado. My ability to cut into material is a way of writing so clear you can see through it. It's time to DIVE Intuit.
